Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "vbd8", "we", "us", "our" refers to the vbd8 platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://vbd8.io.
• "Platform" means the vbd8 website, mobile interface, applications, and all related services made available to registered users.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the vbd8 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the vbd8 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held within a Player's vbd8 Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus amounts tracked separately.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins equivalent credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all transactions on the vbd8 Platform are denominated and processed.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the vbd8 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old at the time of registration. vbd8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

2.2 Eligible Players

You may register and use a vbd8 Account only if you meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion that prevents you from gambling on the Platform.
• You have not previously had a vbd8 Account closed for breach of these Terms.
• The information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the vbd8 Platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or related Accounts is strictly prohibited. vbd8 may merge duplicate Accounts, close the secondary Account, and void any transactions or winnings generated through a duplicate Account.

2.4 Registration Process

To register, you must provide a valid username, a secure password, and any additional information requested during the registration process. vbd8 may conduct identity verification checks at registration or at any subsequent point. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension until verification is concluded.

Account Responsibilities

3.1 Security of Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your Account, or use another Player's Account. vbd8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must ensure that all personal information held on your Account remains accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your details change — including your name, address, phone number, or payment method — you must update your Account information promptly. vbd8 may require supporting documentation to validate any changes to registered personal details.

3.3 Notification of Unauthorised Access

If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account, you must notify vbd8 customer support immediately via live chat or by writing to [email protected]. vbd8 will investigate all reports of unauthorised access and may take appropriate action including temporary Account suspension during investigation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vbd8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in BDT. vbd8 does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or any foreign currency at this time.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per calendar day. Current limits are displayed within your Account cashier at the time of transaction. vbd8 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time, with any material changes communicated to Players in advance where reasonably practicable.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the successful completion of any applicable identity verification and wagering requirements. vbd8 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours BST, though actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the receiving financial institution.

4.4 Verification Before Withdrawal

vbd8 may require identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of payment method ownership may also be requested. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate verification documents are not the responsibility of vbd8.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and special offers made available by vbd8 are subject to these general bonus terms and to any additional specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

vbd8 prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, placing low-risk or mathematical hedging bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional structures. vbd8 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

5.4 Changes to Promotions

vbd8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus at the time it is modified will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of claiming, provided those terms have been properly communicated. Ongoing promotional offers are subject to availability and may have limited-time validity.

Games & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Availability

The availability of specific games and betting markets on the vbd8 Platform may vary and is subject to change without notice. vbd8 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title, live table, or sports betting market at any given time.

6.2 Fair Play and RNG Certification

All casino games offered on the vbd8 Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independent, random, and not influenced by previous results or by any action taken by vbd8. 6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or interrupted connection during a game session or bet placement, vbd8 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager. 6.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches, international football, kabaddi, and hockey are governed by the specific sports betting rules published on the vbd8 Platform. Bets placed on cancelled events will be voided and stakes returned. Bets placed on events already in progress at the time of placement are subject to the in-play rules applicable to that market.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vbd8 Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent closure of your Account:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform in a way not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or pricing errors in betting markets to generate illegitimate profits.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that corrupts the integrity of a sporting event on which a bet is placed.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or Account operation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the vbd8 Platform software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vbd8 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other method to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions applied by vbd8.

Limitation of Liability

vbd8's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

The vbd8 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vbd8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk.

Privacy & Data

vbd8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Termination

13.1 Closure by Player

You may close your vbd8 Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

13.2 Closure by vbd8

vbd8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification, suspected fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirements. In cases of Account closure by vbd8 not caused by Player breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player following applicable review procedures.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which vbd8 operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with vbd8 customer support will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
